Changed cli instructions so that the user now uses the Fedora main repo.

Also changed where to find more info to the Cosmic SIG page.

It's still better to use the daily COPR repository currently, so I wouldn't remove that recommendation.

I could add Instructions for the nightly cosmic copr repo, but I still think it is needed to mainly direct people to the stable builds, just so that way they get the proper testing, before the spin comes out.

Tested both methods on Fedora 43 & confirmed all the info's accurate. Updated the commands with sudo where it was required. Made some minor formatting & grammar tweaks.
